  • Prerequisites: 5 Focus reformer classes or prior experience
  • Intensity - medium to high
  • Teaches progressions
  • Not suitable for injuries, pregnancy or beginners

Stretch Reformer

  • Active stretching & myofascial release
  • Intensity - low
  • Releases tension & improves flexibility
  • Not suitable for injuries or pregnancy

Specialty classes

Sweat Reformer

  • Prerequisites: 5 Focus reformer classes or prior experience
  • Intensity - medium to high
  • Low impact cardio incorporating circuits and/or jump board
  • Not suitable for injuries, pregnancy or beginners

Tone Reformer

  • Prerequisites: 5 Focus reformer classes or prior experience
  • Intensity - medium to high
  • Total body workout with extra focus on core, or glutes, or arms
  • Not suitable for injuries, pregnancy or beginners

Mat Pilates

  • Mat based Pilates workout: Classic, Cardio, & Sculpt
  • Intensity - low to high (depending on class style)
  • Small props added for additional challenge
  • Open to everyone: Classic
  • Not suitable for injuries, beginners, or pregnancy: Cardio & Sculpt

Barre Reformer

  • Prerequisites: 5 Focus reformer classes or prior experience
  • Intensity - medium to high
  • Full body workout fusing elements of Barre & reformer
  • Not suitable for injuries, pregnancy, or beginners

Private Classes

  • Suitable for: transitioning to group, returning from injury/surgery
  • One to one personal training
  • Intensity is based on client needs
